The dog would have been harmed if he attacked the assailant...So if they came in by climbing to the third floor balcony Kaylee's room had a sliding glass door... No dog attack ? It was someone Murphy knew. So Kaylee was surprised in her room...runs out of her room and into Maddie's room leaving Murphy behind. The killer(s) are right behind her. So they left Murphy behind and attacked the girls...then X and E. In the aftermath they go back up the stairs and leave from the balcony. Dylan and Bethany and friends clean up... 8 hrs of cleaning up.
Sounds about right to me, except there were a couple crime scene photos released by Open Mind Perspective channel most recent video. It showed a lot of blood in a doorway, on the floor. So any cleaning I suspect was to cover the Van's shoeprints. (one found outside DM's door) If the entire crime scene was cleaned, it would signal a total coverup on the part of the people present.
Maybe the 8 hr delay in calling 911 was to concoct the "coverup story"?

I have always thought that Jack D is the killer. I think he was in the house when Ethan and Xana got home, and I think they were killed before Kayley and Maddie got home. It is just too weird that Jack D was not the person who called Steve and Kristi to let them know about the murders, he was the BF he should have been the one who called them and it should have been the first thing he did when he found out they were killed. I think that two of the frat boys and Dylan and another girl is the ones who are the ones who did this. I know that there was a female suspect initially and I have seen some videos of the Linda Lane audio and I swear one of the girls say Help me Kathy and it seems that they may have been looking for something as well. I have yet to see ANYTHING that would even closely point to Brian being guilty.

A few years back a women was found batter to death in her home here in Ireland. The mother of the woman killed and husband were on tv asking the public to go to the guards (police/cops) if the know or saw anything suspicious around the house. It turned out it was the husband who was the killer but yet he was on tv acting ever innocent and asking people if they seen or heard anything to report it. Acting like it was someone else it was him all along.
I agree Jack D would have a motive with Kaylee and even Maddie. Maybe thinking Maddie influenced Kaylee to breakup or maybe thinking there was a romantic situation between the two girls but why unlive Ethan and Xana? Also if he wanted to get Kaylee why not get her alone. Also if Adam was a bartender, could something have been put in the drinks unenabling them to fight back or not wakeup.

Great theory. I like it a lot! It denotes that you are thinking critically. However, didn't JD live kinda away from 1122? I don't think that he was living across from the house but correct me if I am wrong. I just feel that there had to be 2 frats involved. JD's frat would take care of Kaylee and Maddie for talking or for doing what ticked JW to say, "THEY" are going to get you for this". JD would be an accomplice for knowing that the assault was going to go down and did not warn the girls nor did anything to stop it. The fact that JD never answer the phone also proves that he was involved. Maybe someone else used Kaylee's phone to call him so that he could claim being asleep. The other group of frats I estimate has to be that frat of the guy who had a beef with Ethan. Everything had to be planned well in advanced. perhaps 2 victims were deleted at one time and the other two at another time. The fact that 2 victims were kept alive proves that it was the frats. I always felt that Murphy was very telling in pointing as to who the murder3d was/were. IMO, there were 2 motives, not just one. Two motives, four dead victims.and 2 live accomplices that were used to facilitate the ordeal Two greek societies and LE was there to make sure everything happened smoothly and as planned and if LE was involved that tells me that the house was used as a distribution D house. I hope I made sense.

I totally agree with you and if I'm not mistaken wasn't it said DM and JD went to school together in his younger years before knowing Kaylee? I remember seeing a picture of the two. I think Ethan and xana was wrong place wrong time and got involved. I feel DM helped plan this i think she hated Kaylee and Maddie. I believe this was personal and targeted. JD had a white Elantra 2013 it was in his dad's name and there's pictures of it parked at Adam and JD house he definitely had means and motive regardless this is people they know who knew the house. I don't think JD or Adam had been to the house for awhile prior to this so really their DNA shouldn't have still been there.

The rumor was DM wanted to be with maddie but kayle was in the way. DM and the two girls had a big fight with DM after they got home. It almost came to blows, but the other survivor broke it up. So i think she let the killers into the house

KG’s mom says they were on the verge of getting back together but KG is planning on leaving for Texas. So maybe that is part of what Adam heard from Maddie. Jack is thinking they are getting back together. Adam probably said to him hey she is playing you. She is leaving town. I guarantee he didn’t know any of this. “ Maddie what did you tell Adam” and her response “ everything”. You know Adam told Jack everything. I still believe the frats were involved too especially when it comes to X and E. There was a lot going on that night and early morning hours. That is why I believe we will never know everything that happened that night. There were more people involved and they are walking around free.
Maybe he drugged Mattievsince he was bartinder maybe they had it planned when Kaylee came back to do the unthinkable

Because the town was clearly out of control when it comes to the frats, sororities, drugs, alcohol Scott Greene may have been hired to solve this problem by setting up the online college.
