End of Summer Penne - using my leftover summer produce.

- Today I'm sharing a summer penne salad that uses up beautiful summer produce such as zucchini (summer squash) and corn. A pasta salad is a great way to finish up those leftover vegetables you have in the fridge. You only need to cook the pasta (plus any other vegetables that require a little grilling or roasting) and everything can be assembled in one big bowl. Hope you enjoy this end of summer penne!
