Ma'am after watching this video i get to realise that is after have gotten admission i will then proceed to pre- enrolment.
In a situation whereby have not gotten admission and have filled the pre- enrollment form.
I just pick the university of Sassari on pre-enrollment form and have not been offered admission into any school yet.

Yes you can apply to as many schools as you want but for pre-enrolment on universitaly, you can pre-enrol to only one chosen university because the university will send that info to the Italian embassy to help you request for Visa
I applied to a school through Universitaly portal but I have not gotten an admission response from the school but I got an email from another school at University of Marche saying that I passed the pre evaluation phase that I should pre enroll at Universitaly portal.. so can I cancel my previous application on that portal since the school has not given me admission?

It depends on the admission board. I have no idea of that however usually you give it a month after the end of the particular call that you applied to.

Yes but only after it has been validated by the university

Is the identification number same as The User code?

You need to cancel your previous pre Enrollment to be able to pre enrol to Cassino

There are some universities that will request you pre-enrol while applying to them like Naples, Salento etc hence if you get admission with other universities and want to go with them instead email the university you have already pre-enrolled go to cancel your pre-enrolment or open it up for you to pre-enrol to a different university.

Have you gotten accepted in Cassino? If yes then email Sassari to cancel your preenrolment so you can pre-enrol to Cassino. Only one pre enrolment at a time
