I don't know if hardcore is your thing or not, but I'd like to see you listen to the new Lil Texas album titled _FASTER_ . Would definitely be interesting to hear your thoughts on it!
I was never a Festival or Club guy and never thought about this fake drop thing. After all your reactions I find fake drops annoying as well xD But youre right if you think about the listener perspective more and more everytime you hear a fake drop the more annoying it gets, thank you for making me enjoy dubstep even less for no reason💀
when making heavy music, how do you go about producing it? for me, i have ears that are very sensitive to higher frequencies, and i looked back on older tunes i made wanting them to be louder and heavier, only to realize they lacked a lot in high end, recently ive gotten better at that, but i feel like my ears are taking a toll. I dont even have to be listening to it loudly, my ears are just that sensitive, do you have any idea what i could do? in the master should i just lower the higher freq with an eq and get rid of it when im ready to export the track?
@@raincastmusic true, but i noticed with well mixed tunes that a lot of the times there's more high end than what i'd prefer. I just assumed that an objectively good mix would have the higher frequencies at a certain level along with the rest of the frequencies. Like you said, maybe i can make it my style ;)... after all, EDM isnt the only genre of music im into so we will see
@@baiatu_teh_boss5613 tracks with higher frequencies sound better because that's what our ears are designed for, but a good mix is balanced, dubstep doesn't have a good mix, it's super distorted and over the top, but that is done to make it sound hard and hit more.
Love you dude! Indeed a very old track (2 years~), so it's been a huge shift since haha
Explains a lot! hahaha
This pretty much sounds EXACTLY like your tune "Magic Sauce"
Did you plan this to be a VIP or smth?

Not an expert on this but you could still make a heavy drop with less low end
That could be your style too we never know
