I was recently placed back on a c-pap. This one is digital and keeps track of hours and events. I use Happy Planner half sheets to keep track of this. There is a disc and company keeps track as well but at least I have a simple way to keep track of my sleep!!

I actually set up a reading journal with sheets I found on Etsy so I don't only track my reading, but I note the novels with a short review or summary so I don't forget the novel as I move on to others. I really love it. ❤️

These are so cute!! Thanks for the ideas on how to decorate fitness pages so I can use some of those ideas in my fitness and wellness planners. Soooo adorable.
These planners and trackers look great! I wish you the best of luck as you ease back into regular movement. I understand the struggle of overdoing it from the get-go; I'm trying to ease back into walking on a regular basis but I need to slowly build my endurance again.

Love the sleep tracker! I think I'm going to make a similar one but track my sleep quality from my watch to see how it improves over time as I get healthier.
I too need to get into shape and I loved this spread. I have a few upcoming tests to see and learn new things about my body tmi but I watch your videos and they teach me something new. They also constantly perk me up. I suffer from severe depression and you're just a bright light in my day, everyday!!!
I’m the same way. The pain is different though. It’s almost like it’s in deep my bones and the exhaustion from it is awful. I’m thankful for my job which gets me out of bed and moving. Also, I’ve been waiting for a double knee replacement for six years. It’s finally happening in 4 weeks. I’m hoping I can be more active after that and walk more. I miss out on so much with my 14 year old son. Thank you for the tracker inspiration.

I've been watching your videos for so long. I lost the creativity to continue my channel and only recently started planning in my planner. I definitely need to get back into exercising and have been putting it off way too long as well as reinventing my channel. Thanks for always inspiring us with your creativity!
Enjoyable video. 🤗Good for you for prioritizing your health and fitness. I’ve been exercising at home using various methods for over thirty years, with some time off here and there. You know I’m older, so I understand the need to adapt as you turn those pages on the calendar. I can’t help but want to share what I’m doing now and encourage you to check it out. First is Yoga with Adriene on UA-cam. Her videos are doable for all levels and she is so down to earth and encouraging. I found her in January 2020 from a segment on the Today show. I’d always been lukewarm about Yoga, too many preconceived and false notions. She is a god send. I hope you take the time to look her up. Second is a form of fitness that is sadly overlooked a lot. Rebounding. The initial investment in a mini trampoline can be expensive but quality is very important. This is not jumping up and down like you did as a kid. It’s great for all ages and fitness levels and if you’re strong and athletic you can following routines that are pretty challenging. I’m just starting out after some time off and I’m going slow and gentle. There is tons of info on UA-cam and lots of different types of videos. Basically this is so good for you. It’s gives you cardio (and steps), works your lymphatic system, builds bone density . You can always do your own thing and just watch planner or blogger videos on UA-cam while you bounce. The basic move is bouncing down into the rebounder and keeping your feet completely grounded or rise up on the balls of your feet. If your are worried about balance or falling, you can install a safety bar. I have one. This is what NASA encourages astronauts do when they return from space since being in a weightless environment results in loss of bone mass. I hope you look this up. It’s is easy on the joints and causes no stress on the body like running or walking can. Enjoy getting back into your new routine. I hope this helps you in some way.

Love these spreads! Have you tried yoga or hot yoga? If they have that class at the Y, it’s definitely worth a shot, especially for chronic pain! A workout for the mind, body and soul 😊🧘🏻♀️
