@rajat - for accounting principles and labour laws, I read chaudhary publications. You can go for some other book too if it holistically covers the topic.
For social security, try doing the vision ias government schemes, specifically focusing on ministry of social justice, labour & employment, women & child development and rural development schemes.

Any Other Conditions: In respect of permanent Government Servant appointed as EO/AO, the EPFO can pay leave salary and pension contributation as admissible under the rules for two years if a demand is made by the parent department for the same for maintaining lien.
