Case of the Upside Down Control Panel

During a recent service call, we came across a very sophisticated control system. The system stopped working before a holiday weekend. The owner also told us the system has never worked properly. What would you do?

Good call. All too often, new high tech (and complicated) devices either don't work as advertised or they fail after a relatively short life on the job. At great expense.

Great Video as I watched it I had a feeling you would swap it out for a more common and simple system I have ran into a lot of complicated systems that did not work for similar reasons.

Isn't it funny how we as HVAC technicians ALWAYS seem to get these kind of crazy calls on a Friday or an up and coming weekend that is it an emergency? How does this always happen? I love my job...
