My very first time rescuing Sokolov, I’d just recently learnt you could throw bodies at people to stun them, so I used Sokolov as a weapon.
Sure enough, I threw Sokolov at the first enemy, he landed on the enemy’s head, bounced off, back flipped over the railing, and fell to his death.
Me: Alright, I'm gonna try some StealthGamerBR Dishonored stunts!

I'm pretty sure he uses a bunch of mods to make it more fun, dodging sword blows by crouching and possessing dead bodies, don't think that's possible in the base game.
Never tried to possess a body, but the sword dodging has to be a mod, every time I tried it I was slashed of stabbed, unless he has a special technique to it, like crouching and leaning at the same time.
+Connor Force It is possible. You need to just get the timing to it. I did it once before. It was both in the first game and second.

I feel any words i put in this comment will be ineffective at portraying how much fucking respect i have for you. The effort, thought and what i can imagine to be a LOT of repetitive determination to achieve something like this is just applaud worthy. You've made a video game look better than most actual movies. After playing this game several times and being such a huge fan of the franchise I cannot begin to express how impressive you are. You utilize every single aspect of the game, and more... it almost makes me feel like my playthroughs were ultra-basic in comparison. To make a video lasting 15 minutes and have my jaw dropped the entire time is insane dude you're actually incredible. I think i speak on behalf of the Dishonored fanbase that you are the best representation of what this game has to offer. Well played sir.

Jolyon Chorlton It is impressive only for one reason, work and practice.This generation isn't the same in anything from past generations.20 years ago you could go in arcade playrooms and play Cadillacs and dinosaur, King of dragons, Mortal kombat 2 and many other titles from '90.I could spend the whole day mastering the games and walktroughing them with one credit.THEN were the times, not today when every kid could buy games across the internet, before you would camp in frond of and store to buy games for PS1 But moslty PS2 and it was sweet.I pity that today's generation hasn't expirienced that.The only games that i would allow and continue making would be PS2 and Amiga/Commodore so you could see the expirience of exitment.

It is also worth noting the Lord Regent. Corvo did not kill him himself but he was executed before Dishonored 2 so he is dead. Those are the major characters he’s confirmed to of killed. However many nameless guards he killed as well is up for your interpretation.

@@hidan407 I don't know if you got this on your playthrough. But if you help both Slackjaw and Granny rags in the game. You'll get an encounter near the end of the game where Granny Rags is trying to do a ritual and using Slackjaw as a sacrifice. This encounter is apparently canon and Corvo saves Slackjaw by killing Granny Rags.

Inside the Mansion, near the 6:50 is where I start to see huge drops. I mean, come on, this guy got a 1080. And it's not a "bad port" because in consoles the game has even poor fps. Still divided about buying it or just replay the first game. 50% off this week. Guess I'll try and see how it performs in my 1060.

Lourenço Lima da Cunha I've tried the trial on Xbox One, and it honestly runs pretty good most of the time, at least when compared to other recent games (cough Andromeda cough). I hardly got any stutter, and no hard drops. From what I've heard, most performance issues are still affecting PC, which is why I'm not even touching it over there.
Anonymous 9 Hey bro, I've tried the demo, played all the missions with, all styles (lethal, ghost, etc), almost 12 hours, testing the performance on my gtx 1060, i7 870, 8gb ram (not a hihg-end, but a good pc) and it just won't run 100%, yet. I had to update my geforce drivers (huge impact) so I could get 85% of time on 60fps @1080p.
But there are some parts, like even small corridors, where it drops so bad that can't go missing, like 40 fps, even at 1280x720 and very low. So bad.
After researching and tweaking a lot, the best way I could fit was playing in bordless, very high, 1080p, limit to 45fps and no adaptive. Only way I could play without beint distracted by fps changes.
It's a damn nice design, pretty graphics, nice gameplay and such, but it's no fluid enough to play for my taste, specially if you go and play the first one. I know it's way worse visuals, but the mechanics are the same and so more enjoyable all around.
So I'll wait, for like a patch 1.5~6 and buy it on winter sale. Did this with Assassins Creed Unity and got way less bugs and a nice steady 60fps.

@@aloneintokyo5809 this isnt the way to play the game, its meant to be played however you want. this takes practice, and so cannot be considered a play through. he practices each part many, many times. the average playthrough looks like someone either slowly walking around, or someone fighting everyone

This mission took me almost four hours. Then again I spent a lot of time messing around with the mansion. Still the fact that he can do it in fifteen MINUTES!? Mind blowing.
This mission is amazing, you can choose to not even play Jindoshs game and instead of pulling the lever at the beginning you can break through the glass ceiling in the lobby and get through the whole level without him ever knowing you're there and there's an achievement

Ran perfectly with my R9 280x just a few weeks after launch.
With a 1080TI, drops below 60 FPS at 2560x1440 highest settings even with dynamic res on...
Meanwhile DOOM (better version of the same engine) struggles to drop below 200 fps at the same res and settings.

One of my few peeves with this game: way too many screen blurring effects (running, getting hurt, the friggin adrenaline effect)

john david He doesn't use any type of scripts. It's easy to do something like this once you play a game one too many times. I used to play Max Payne 2 a lot and once I got used to it, I became a god. And once you become so good at a certain game, you can then set yourself a challange, like for example, pass Max Payne by only using a pistol or don't get shot (or experiment just like the StealthGamer does in his videos). Therefore, you are certain to become good at that game just as StealthGamer. But remember: time and patience is all you need...and to have fun when playing of course lol
