I just found you on UA-cam. Thank you for all of your content I’m learning so much from you and more than that I feel so inspired just hearing you talk about business! Thank you! ❤❤❤❤
Starting an Airbnb cleaning business can be a rewarding venture! Here are some key pieces of advice to get you started: 1. Know Your Market: Research the Airbnb scene in your area to understand the demand for cleaning services. Focus on where bookings are most frequent. 2. Create a Solid Plan: Outline your services, pricing, and the areas you’ll cover. Make sure your pricing reflects the quality and efficiency you bring. 3. Focus on Quality and Reliability: Hosts value a cleaning service that’s dependable and thorough. Be meticulous with your work, and don’t cut corners. 4. Communicate Well: Since many hosts are out of state, clear and prompt communication is crucial. Send updates and photos if needed to keep them assured of your service. 5. Build Relationships: Networking with property managers and hosts can bring repeat business. Also, consider joining local groups to get your name out there. Remember, consistency and professionalism will help you stand out. Best of luck!
What have you tried? How many contacts are you making per day? I ask because i know low transaction volume usually means theres a clog or lack in prospecting
@@DJTheBoss I’m door to door. Sending proposals through email and rocket lawyer. I’m in East Texas were ppl are cheap. I may be rushing but im constantly marketing and making myself know locally. Facebook has given no luck.
I would really like to speak with you. I'm currently trying to get on my feet with my son and I started doing cleanings. Especially Airbnbs I now have a pretty good schedule for cleanings that need to be done. My pricing is alright because it's just me until I can get enough insight of what my charging is supposed to be. I have a little twist now, I got called into a job interview with a cleaning company. I would like to hire someone to take over my cleanings for the majority of them. Is bacon good to do this? Also is my pricing for the Airbnb cleanings good enough to pay the employee? I would like to email you or something.
Question, it's off topic for this video but which company is best for cleaning supplies, Grainger or Uline? I have a Lowes Business credit card but not sure if I'm getting the best rates & also not sure if it's building my business credit the right way.
Unfortunately, I am unable to answer your question as I just buy my supplies from Home Depot and Walmart. I have contractors so I don’t really need to buy huge amounts of any supplies unless it’s something I need.
I usually let them know we are a cleaning company and we invoice weekly. I let them know I will send them an invoice. Turno does have lots cheap hosts. But I would complete the clean at a good price and then let them know your flate rate moving forward and your experience
😂 oh man I had someone show up with flip flops on. As for hiring the post construction worker for the office cleaning, did you hire that person through the bacon app or outside of it? Was wondering about reoccurring fees for hiring that specific office cleaner
Yes, both actually. So I hired around 4-5 people through the app and I had two of my own. I then use it for my weekly office cleaning time to time. That’s 1x week

Good , could you please help me on how to get more cleaning job
Can’t catch a new commercial contact to save my soul. Have you looked into government contracts?

How is the pay set up same day pay weekly pay biweekly or monthly pay
I get invoices after and it usually takes a week to get billed
Did you hire them as contractors?
Yes, Bacon is gig work for contractors so they are familiar with the process

@thehustlenetwork Thank You!! Do you have any info on how to obtain warehouse or commercial building cleaning contracts?
Hi I got accepted on turnover. How do you still get them to pay without using the app as well as to do a walkthrough before bidding
I usually let them know we are a cleaning company and we invoice weekly. I let them know I will send them an invoice.

the workers get $430 (with the 40% tagged on), so how much do YOU get/charge for the job?
I profited $804 from the job after contractor expenses and equipment
After both phases finished I payed a total of $1100.36 to my contractors.
Where have you been?? I miss watching your contact! I hope all is well
You’re so beautiful lol sorry had to say it😂 Good info too 💯
