I'd love to have one for the road! I have one at home but they can be quite hard to backpack with, with limited space ☹️
Backpacking Bananas makes sense - they can be quite difficult for iced coffee as well which can be annoying!

You really are living the stereotypical aussie life in Perth! Living by the beach, surfing, sitting by the pool... When my boyfriend came over he was a bit shocked I didnt live by the beach and have a pool! hahaha :'D Also, I need to try roller blading on the South Perth foreshore!!

Oh sorry not heard of mettams pool, it was long time ago when I was there and then it was trigg, maybe no-one went to that one then as it was before Perth was as built up, is mettams out by newer suburbs😊
I like how you put the tail pad as far back as you can. I see lots of surfers with tail pads way too far forward.
This will help you steer the board better. Honestly though, if you are a beginner it won’t matter to much unless you will be turning on the unbroken part of the wave a lot.

Hi Christianne! I’ve been watching your videos ever since I studied abroad in New Zealand last year and I’ve loved hearing your tips and tricks for traveling. I am graduating in May and am thinking about spending a couple weeks traveling before I have to come back and start working. I know you have gone to a lot of places, so do you have any recommendations for a student just out of college to go to for a couple weeks? I love NZ and Australia and can’t wait to go back, but I want to explore other parts of the world too. What have been your favorite places you’ve traveled to?
On the skin thing: Australia is just generally a bad place for skin because of the climate and pollens etc in the air. I went to the UK for a month last year and my skin was amazingly clear the whole time but when I got home it went back to being bad again haha!

Thank you! It's a 7"6 mini Mal. It is my first board that isn't a massive foam! I would still consider myself a beginner, transitioning to intermediate

I live in Perth - I know there was a point where Perth on average had the biggest houses in the world.
But then there's people like me... In a one bedroom apartment and my loungeroom and kitchen are the same room and my washing machine is squeezed in next to the toilet 😂
But yeah, some Perth residents are rich af
