My phone has a code to unlock the screen, I did a factory reset on it but it wants the code or email account that it was

Screenlock and Google FRP/Account lock are 2 different things. Is it just asking for the Google Account?

This just flat out doesn't work for my phone. I've been trying for over an hour now. I've watched ten different videos that all show this exact process on my exact phone. I've read dozens of walk-through articles that say this or variations and none of it works in the slightest. It just goes into a basic power on and there's no option to go to the menu at all.

What's the bit about a email thing once its been reset ?
Only the first part works the second part with the Bigsby button the volume and the power button does not show up like you did

Or if you have find my mobile setup you go online , login and system will find your phone and you just press unlock and done..just done it now
It doesn't work for me. It looks like on my phone this is disabled as it never asks for "no" or "yes". Just restarts and still locked. There must me more sophisticated solution for my case. Any other suggestions?
What is the exact message that is appearing?
@@joshcarr6883 There is no message. It just restarts the phone to the way it was before. I think it needs to be connected to a computer with a program that can reinstall the OS from scratch. The phone is an AT&T one in demo mode with unknown pattern code to get past it.
