Not everyone wants to wear headphones either when they have a quality speaker setup for their pc. Even with headphones, suddenly shifting from normal level voice to loud shitty music is annoying. We're not all 20 year old ravers.

those "little dorsal fins" that the guide was talking about are actually called claspers. male stingrays have them and use them to latch on to females so they can stay together and be stable while they mate
