I know im asking randomly but does anyone know of a method to log back into an instagram account..? I was dumb lost my password. I love any tricks you can give me.
@Elliot Tucker Thanks for your reply. I got to the site through google and Im in the hacking process atm. Takes quite some time so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
iam on the kinu simplicity and grind on 1.25 .. but.. nerver above 2 :) even on 1.6 the flow was hasty and messy (20g 60ml water past through within 15sec)
@@ScienceJust How would you fix this shot? It was clear that the bottom of the portafilter wasn't fully extracting and there was a very present spray. What's the fix? I recently got a flair and I see that spray time to time. Finer or coarser grind?

Looks fast and thin. Low crema. I could tell tamp and distribution were off. Tamp unlevel and too much pushing and spinning. Heat management, not good enough. People have been submerging entire group in boiling water while grinding and puck prep. Kettle needs to be at full boil temp at pour. Every millimeter of temp matters with this set up. Want to minimize time for group leaving boiling water, and boiling water leaving kettle to lever pulling shot. This is the biggest weakness in this system and why people pay 10K for an espresso machine.
10k for a personal espresso machine… lol … some people have too much money… from the rest of us common coffee folks, thank you for arrogant and pompous advice.

I just bought a 9Barista stovetop espresso maker and am loving it. It sure is a lot easier to use than what the Flair seems to require.

The shot doesn't look so good. The grind size and tamping needs a bit adjusting.

i believe this is under extracted. it came out way too quick.
In this vedio I have used the Kinu Phoenix old version. but the Kinu new version adjust burr for the Espresso maker around 0.8.0 to 1.0.0
Crema is a bit lacking. Still I am SOLD.
