A day, ride the various Allegrippis trails at Raystown where they even have a "skills park" that has a pump-track and small to medium sized jumps. If you have about a few days to a week, Id highly recommend going north a bit to Rothrock State Forest and ride the 25+ mile Epic. Id recommend the Tussey Mountain Trail if you have a day as its a good highlight of the place.
