Gold From IC Chips On A Shaker Table

- Processing incinerated IC chips on our 2x4 shaker table to recover the gold bonding wires. The 2x4 shaker table did a great job of recovering the gold and wires with a surprising amount of gold!

A blast from the past!! Your efforts are showing great results, Jason. Fantastic progress on all fronts. Equipment, the mine, the smelting, slabs and paydirt, the whole shebang. Thanks so much for bringin’ us along.
Love the small table!!!
One thing to remember for those wanting to try, go for the OLDEST chips & pins you can find. Starting about 2 decades ago chip manufacturers started transitioning to gold alloys. From those I’ve spoken to who did this, they stopped because with modern alloys there’s not enough gold to make it profitable.
Love to get my hands on a small table like this.
I agree.
As a hobbyist in IC gold recovery, I'm constantly trying to find a way to get the gold without acid refining.
I would like to have one too but this little machine process 500 pounds per hour. 10 minutes and my IC's are gone, lol. I cant find enough IC's to monetize it.
Your keeping it interesting, can't of a higher compliment.
Awesome small table! Looks incredibly efficient! Great video, Jason!! Thumbs up! Jim
Perfect size table for a small operation. Sweet.
I've noticed your machines are advancing and I like how they look and the refining you have done!
Great little table. Looks a lot easier to move around and set up 👍💚💛❤️💯
Appreciate your honesty.
Wahoooo! 2’x4’?!?! YESSSSS!
That is some high gold content
Thank you, keep working.
Да ! Давно хотел увидеть стол такого размера, спасибо лайк.
One great video to watch.
Good demo.
Classifying is my secret to success.
I gonna get one these units, its perfect for me and what i plan on doing. Neat!
It would be cool if we could see how this process compares to using a centrifuge
Oldie but a goodie 😂👍
Wish y’all had a hobby sized table. 12v would be wicked cool. Just a thought
I agree.

I really want some of their equip but it’s way more than I need or can afford lol but I’d def consider hobby size table or crusher. Like a mini mill series for us wanna be miners !!!! I’ve learned a ton from Jason and would like to be able to support him and the company love what they do.
Hey Jason,
That small shaker table looks like a great thing for small scale miners to use.
Dan should look into one !
Nice video! Cool to see the process.
Jason, that is a ton of gold in those ashes! 😮 I was shocked 😳
Excellent video Jason thanks for sharing this six stars brother
Hey Jason, nice gear especially the small table, keep it happening! ⚒️⛏️⚖️👍🤠
I recently bought a grain mill in the hopes to grind incinerated ICs to a very fine powder.
Then something like this (or a 'blue bowl') for the separation process.
33 👍's up mbmllc thank you for sharing 🤗
That’s a lot of gold.
The small shaker table is cool. Something that a hobbyist might
be able to afford.
I would like but nope.
Yeah, that sucker is pricey for a hobbyist. I can see putting one together like all of my other gold equipment, mostly from scrap but the mat would be a challenge.
Well shoot I didn't know you had little tables. 😂
Jason either tired as shit,or he feeling real good. Wink wink.
I like it 👍
NIce!
You sound 20 years older in this video 😄😄
How do I view all the machines that you make? I'm vary interested in the small shaker table and a small jaw crusher.
That would be so cool to have one table like this but too expensive for my hobby level do smaller and cheaper table exist?
Jason, I am wondering how that table would work with gold sand from Oregon?
How much gold do you reckon is lost to evaporation during the incineration process? Could the gold vapour be condensed out during that phase?
I doubt the incineration temps are hot enough for any vaporization of gold.
Gold boils at 2970 °C, 110 °C above iron. IC chip incinerators only get to ~1200 °C.
The only non-reactive metals that would boil are zinc, cadmium, and mercury.
I have a Question for you, Jason? How much Gold did you get from that bucket of ckt boards? I have about 75 very old Motherboards with CPUs from the late 1978 to 1984? Plus, I have several large outdated dual-processor boards from the 1990s DEC with CPUs. I used to work for DEC in NYC as a Sr. Field Engineer and I used to go up to DEC in MA for school in Bedford I used to go to their Scrap Depo in Maynard, MA, and pick up random scrap boards for pennies (aka CHEAP) just for fun. Now with Gold running around $2300+ per OZt. I may crush them all and try and recover the Gold. Those old CPUs were made back then with a high amount of Gold compared to now.
Some of your 70-80s board might be collectible now so you might get more money if you manage sell them. Thats assuming they are in working order. Just my 2c.
@@SickSlickNick Most of them were trashed I tried to get some working but I found burnt traces.
Big market for affordable hobby tables....cool ! Hobby crusher build kits next?
design with cloths dryer motors
❤❤Nice
Where did you get that small Shaker Table from ?
👍
What’s the small shaker table worth?
Gloves
How much is this shaker table?
I want one 😅
Are you selling these 2X4 tables?
Hi Chris. Yes, we manufacture and sell these tables. This video is over ten years old. However, I thought it was a cool one to revisit because of the small 2x4 table and the gold line
🙏❤️🌲
Dude, you've been sifting the wrong stuff !
Be careful handling that stuff, probably very carcinogenic.
Only to the state of california.... 😂
That's horrible CPU waste incinerated...
Horrible in what way?
@MrBoratWOW I draw the line of recycling at Incinerated Waste, Burning off conductor on wireing and burning tires.
@@clintongriffin2077 how do you know they weren’t using some kind of scrubber to keep the toxins out of the air?
Wrong incinerated >>>30-50% gold loss. Plastic on chips made of plastic plus carbon cheap powder (soot) it adsorbing gold. Draw conclusions.
Ps. Its kinda sad that guy have so much equipment, own gold mine but he totally have no knowlages what to do with stuff he has..smelting everything each video or whatever..
