Omg! I remember Barbara's apt. I used to work for the previous owner. I knew this was the place because of the conservatory room. It's so familiar. What a beautiful renovation she made. The conservatory used to be a master bathroom which is now a kitchen/dining area.There used to be 2 pianos. One by the entrance and the other one was a grand piano by the living room. What a total change. More modern style than it used to be.😊

Instead she came to a party here and it was then that she said she wanted to buy. BTW, my wife is not in the least elderly. A stunning place and at 12 mil, it's not out of the question if you have the money. At those prices, it's all in the eye of the beholder. If someone comes in with a lot of cash, they simply just want it. Almost doesn't matter how much it costs.
