For anyone that's asking, this is how I understand it - row five repeat is a cluster in every gap, row six repeat is a cluster in each gap, row seven, miss the middle gap. I hope this helps ❤
@flamboyantfreak I’m confused on how to start each round since I’m not changing colors. When I start the next round and do the dc in the same chain space it looks wonky any suggestions.?
@@Lalahardy19 I see what you mean! If I wasn't changing colour, I would start each round with only three dc and finish the corner with another three at the end, and instead of chaining two and joining, I half double to join which puts you right in the center of that corner cluster to start the next row ❤️ I hope that makes sense ❤️
My my my Crystal, that’s adorable. I’m definitely making a smaller version for my neighbor’s two year old daughter w/out the pompoms but for their eight year old w/poms. Love love. You’re truly a fiber artist. Everything you do is a work of art. Thank you.
Wow Crystal, just WOW! You have such an eye for putting colors together to compliment the pattern. You just have one way of making things & that my friend is STUNNING! Thank you Crystal for the endless hours you put in to teaching, building our confidence & making each one of us feel part of this wonderful family/community you have built. I don't think you know how much you really mean to so many of us. You are & will always be so much more than a teacher, a confidence builder, & someone who encourages us to try to be better than we thought we could be. You are a true friend that really cares about all of us. 🩷🤗
I just started this and it is literally the first pattern for this blanket that makes sense to me . Thank you so much for your amazing teaching! You make my heart happy ❤
I was smitten when you showed this earlier ... colour, shape, pompom border.... and I'm not even really all that keen on granny stitch...but you made this shine, so special I didn't even notice
I can’t even tell you how much these colors in this pattern stimulate my brain in a good way. I’m making a Bluey color scheme blanket and I was going to do a chevron but I really love this pattern and I think I’m going to have to do this one instead. It’s GORGEOUS!
@@snospmoht3252Yeah, they’re kind of similar. I’m in the process of working on it. Im trying to make it pretty big. It’s so cool. It’s giving a very retro vibe. I can’t wait to share it on the Facebook page.

After Crystal explaining it to me and watching the video again, I finally understood what I am supposed to do. I feel so stupid that I was not able to get this easy pattern. Thank you, Crystal, for being understanding and patient when answering my questions.
Thank you, Thank you Crystal. I'm not a big blanket maker even though I love seeing all the blankets you make. You've definitely won me to having the desire to make this blanket. I'm going to use Collegiate colors to make some smaller in size for friends and family for football season. They will be early Christmas gifts since the season begins the last weekend of August. I'm ecstatic that you shared this tutorial with us. I fell in love with your blanket in your previous video. Thank you for All You do. Love your tutorials. Have a Blessed day ❤.

Don’t know if you will see this but, I wanted you know that I tried following another person’s tutorial for a different project and I followed it for 9, 350yard balls of yarn. When I laid it out, it was all wonky. I’m telling you this because I want you to know that your teaching technique is spot on! You are so easy to follow and learn from. Thank you so much for your designs and teachings. I admire you. And, thank you so very much for all you do for us and me personally. Hugs to you Crystal!
