You once again show that you are a very astute man, I was recently doing some old archive hunting and came across a Tesla article regarding the phenomena and he came to the same conclusion that in lightning discharges Lennard and Rontgen rays (what we call X-Rays now) must be generated at ordinary atmospheric temperatures.
