Hey, make sure to get your crypto off exchanges and into a cold wallet. I use Tangem-it’s one of the best. If any phone call, person, agency reaches out to you, it is a scam!! If you need help, you reach out, enough said!!! Never take a call, mail from any person, agency that reaches out to you. Not even the police department, sheriff department or the IRS. None of these agency’s will reach out to you over the phone
I thought I would check back with this channel. Given it's flat out the best. So, are we aware or close to a card option yet Such as a credit card or debit card to spend from our cold wallets? Thx
You can clearly hear thise scammers is from india and not usa. You can find tons of videos on yt about indian scammers who "works" at microsoft and apple support etc. By the way, thise question he asked is red flag because if it was a coinbase support, they could see all thise thing on theirs end. Like which device you are using and which windows + your mail and phone number, how long time since your last login and how much $$ etc etc
Quick question bro, totally unrelated, but tax wise, say if I brought majority of a crypto by July, but then brought a small bag of some more after in November/december and plan to cash out October next year or around there, does my whole bag fall into short term tax now or just the some I brought later in the year? I’d appreciate if you’d answer, I’ll put it on ya other video actually about taxes, if u want to delete it here and keep the comments only about this video here
From my understanding when you sell your crypto, taxes are based on each individual purchase date and amount. So in your case: • The majority of your crypto bought in July would qualify for long-term capital gains (a lower tax rate if held over a year) if you sell after the following July. • The smaller amount you bought in November or December would still be short-term capital gains if sold in October, since it hasn’t been held for a full year. In short each “batch” of crypto is taxed separately, based on its own holding period. Only the part bought within a year of the sale will be short-term.
Is there a way to regain my crypto from the blockchain. I think I may have been scammed out of my crypto because my crypto balance shows a zero balance on my account on my Ledger Live via the Ledger cold storage wallet. Has anyone lost their crypto via Ledger device & if so, what did you do to try to reclaim your crypto & if there'sany way to get my crypto from the scammer via the blockchain?
If you truly lost your crypto to a scam/hack, you’re not getting it back. Blockchain transactions are permanent. Are you sure all your accounts are showing in Ledger Live? What does the blockchain say when you look at your wallet address on it? It should tell you if your crypto is actually gone or maybe you just can’t see it in Ledger Live.
@@cyberscrilla I attempted to transfer one of my crypto accounts from Ledger Nano X to a Tangem Wallet but instead ended up getting an error message "Something went wrong!" I've been in contact with Ledger Support about this error message & have tried everything they suggested to fix the problem only to end up the same error message. After several of weeks of communicating with Ledger Support to fix the issue has failed. Ledger Support only solution is sending me "I'm sorry" apologies & wish that there was something else they could do to help. I only know that the 24 word recovery phrase has always been the same on my Ledger device. The only thing I know is my Ledger Live shows a zero balance on the crypto account in question. The Ledger device was restored & it shows that the 24 word recovery phrase was correct. Also, Ledger Support sent a recovery app to verify the 24 word recovery phrase & it shows it matched the one on the Ledger device. This Ledger device has never been reset so the private keys have never changed. How do you go about find my crypto on the blockchain? I've never had to this before. I would greatly appreciate any help from anyone within the crypto community to help me find my lost crypto. In fact, I'm willing to offer a crypto reward if you manage to help me reclaim my crypto!
It’s not about being good at using a device. It’s about being aware of how these scams work. It doesn’t matter how secure your device is if you grant scammers access to it

If you hear an Indian accent just hang up the phone.
How come Indian?
@BleepingWorld Every single 📱 scammer I've dealt with in my 4 decades on this planet has been Indian.
Even the real Coinbase team has the same accent.
The problem is many countrys are outsourcing work to these countries so its hard to know
Mada no! Madam nooooo! Do not redeem! Do not redeem the caaaard!
Thanks Alex. I'm learning a great deal from you

Talking to a live person from coinbase, is that possible ?
lol yes. They have a real support line. It takes effort to get to a real person though
I wanted to see how will it end 😢
It ends with you getting scammed if you follow through with it.
