    I'm very lucky to be here, I've been out of the hospital a little over a month now after quadruple bypass surgery, I start cardiac rehab in a few weeks hopefully. It's definitely a life changing experience. Two days before my discharge I broke down like a baby crying thanking the doctors and nurses who saved my life.

      same here. Here my story. About 2 months ago. I am a young male at the age 35 had a massive heart attack. My diet is not the best because I eat lot of red meat and junk foods but since I work out, I thought I was fine. I work out every other day and since I do lot of manual labor didn't think I would have any health problem. One day at work, I got a massive headache didn't know what wrong with me. I work in a warehouse, so we do a lot of box stacking. I was overweight but not super fat. Left work sick and went to the hospital get checked out. They came up to me and said sir you have a heart attack and are going to move you to ER right now, and I was like my chest doesn't hurt. My bp was over 250/148 and climbing and HR was 130+ drop down to 40 then up to 130+. Felt like the world was spinning and I was getting super dizzy. They did EKG and catheterization found out blockage, Prox RCA 85%, mid RCA 100%, Prox Cx 75%, 2n Mrg 80%, 2n Mrg 80% MRG 85% Prox LAD and mid LAD 70%, Mid LAD 100%. I didn't just have 1 block it, 2 full block and 6 other almost full block. I was freaking out. I was too young to die and hospital bill gonna be huge. This changes me so hard, and I broke down cry. I never took what I put in my body and just ate what I like and said with working out it would be fine. It wasn't!!! I might not have another second change after this. 🥺now I only eat veggie.

    This also happened to me at age 32 i had a mavsive heart attack while driving down the highway I was able to flag someone down to call 911 once in cath lab i had a 100 percent blpckage in my main artery they put in a stent... but my nightmare had just began 3 days into recovery i went into cardiogenic shock and then into full cardiac arrest for 45 mins came out for a few moments then back in for another 45 mins... I ended up on life support for 5 days where my family was told i wouldnt recover it was to long in cardiac Arrest and to much damage had been done to my heart and brain......However here I am 6 years later. I do have congestive heart failure along with some other pretty minor health issues... This can happen to anyone!

      You said you had a "heart attack while driving" and then in hospital you had a "cardiac arrest"; you do know these are not the same things?

    I experienced Cardiac Arrest in 09. It happened at the worst time. I was behind the wheel. Long story. Too long to explain on here, but It was a police officer who saved my life.

      Can you remember the actual moment of the cardiac arrest? Hope you are doing well now...

    • @ulissessValera
      @ulissessValera 6 місяців тому

      @@maltimoto Not really. Don’t even remember what I was doing at the time. All I know is what others I was with that day told me. They said I was complaining the entire day about feeling fatigued. They also told me I was complaining the entire day of my heart struggling to pump blood throughout my body. I was young so I just ignored it and carried on with work. I clocked out and headed home. On my way home my girlfriend at the time called me as I was driving. We were talking for a minute or two when suddenly I asked her to call an ambulance as I was driving. She asked me why, and I didn’t respond. She said she heard my struggling to breath. She said me heard me moaning, than suddenly she heard a loud crash. She realized I stopped moaning nor was she able to hear me breathing. She knew I had a great pair of Bluetooth headsets. She should’ve been able to hear me breathing. She panicked and called 911. Thank god a police officer saw the entire event and he rushed over to me a performed CPR. He called an ambulance and they arrived with in a few minutes because the hospital was less than a 5 minute drive from my location. They got there lightening fast. When they got me in the ambulance I went into cardiac arrest again. They restarted my heart while in the ambulance with a defibrillator. When we got to the hospital I end t into cardiac arrest again. 3 times within a half hour. Somehow by some miracle they managed to retweet my heart again. And the trauma continued from there. I also had multiple seizures that night. It’s a miracle I’m still alive and this happened in 09’.

      @@maltimoto they have yet to give me an answer as to why I went into Cardiac Arrest. They found no damage in my heart. They said it looked perfect. I do remember feeling very sick for a few months beforehand. Asked my doctor about it. He said my blood pressure was a little high so he give me some blood pressure meds. 3 months later it happened. I remember feeling very tired for a couple weeks before it happened. I also slept all day. I’d get home from work and went straight to bed mostly do to severe fatigue and exhaustion. Till one day I woke up in a hospital surrounded by people and multiple toobs down my throat. I was in the hospital for a months. It took me a couple weeks just to learn to walk again.

    This happen to me at 13 as a bad reaction to some prescribed medicine i took. Really bad reaction. My life has never been the same and i felt as if i shouldnt complain ever and i felt like im too lucky and shouldnt be here and too many people have died from these to have have any problems after. I've gotten better, mentally and physically sense, and will continue to be positive to those around me that i love and dont know because life is too short to be anything else.

    I am 29 and I have a fib and it's amazing how many people try to argue with me and tell me I'm too young for heart disease yeah I've been hospitalized because of it and actually almost died and then had to have a cardiac ablation and was on deltiazem, flecinade and Eliquis daily for a year strait and even after the ablation i may have to get another one again.

      As soon as your heart stops you feel the worst dizziness you've ever felt in your entire life, the sides of your tongue start to get this weird ash "taste", all your arms and lets go numb imediatly, everything fades out and nothing ness all at once is the best way to explain it. As for the people that say they see some white light BS and that they seen some sort of afterlife and so on are 100% Liars and making that up.

    I don't understand a lot of things. I've ate, drank and smoked everything that suppose to kill a human and I'm 70 and never had any heart or cholesterol problems and I get checked and tested every 4 months. Same thing with cancer. Why do some get it and some don't? Some doctors believe they have the answer but they don't. They can usually repair you but what causes it?
