The Government and Councils are behaving like naughty children who are trying to see how far they can go and to find out what they can get away with before they are over the line.
It's not 'naughty children' who behave that way, it's Psychopaths. Don't underestimate a grievous problem by infantalising it instead of pathologising it.

I had one such Spoilt Brat as a landlady once, a woman pushing 60 who'd never worked a day in her life (honestly, think about that...) . Absolutely no real sense of responsibility or real cares and is the type who just turns up at parties, gets drunk and talks sht about whoever wasn't currently present...I actually got to observe her throw a mini tantrum like a little girl because she didn't get to have her annual Christmas fireplace fire..."No! I want my fire!" i'm like bloody hell, what a brat...At that age!
Now consider a lot of such kids exist (English, European, Scottish, American, Arabic, Chinese...doesn't matter, it was never about hue or background so much)...And they like to form exclusive little circles of influence
There are the rich who work their way up to it from the mud and then there' spoilt little entitled so and so's who have certain narcissistic expectations in them since childhood because mummy and daddy made them that way through their money...The latter are nearly always the ones who end up in charge...Oh and of course then there are the kids who were always bullied who are now in positions of influence...

I have just spent hours reading a document on research proving that the symptoms of Covid are virtually identical to GGGGG which was rolled out in Wuhan on the 31st of October 2019 and in New York, northern Italy, Princess cruise liners etc. Coincidentally, at the same time that they experienced the symptoms of a virus! Sovereign Pete has info which he will send out to you, very informative. Don’t get a template letter from the internet, you need to put it in your own words to question the council. Another point is, every invoice for financial transactions there should be a VAT registered number, how come the council do not show this? It’s fraud.

I had photos witness etc. I broke my arm finger covered in blood . My neighbour helped fill forms and all evidence , we had a on win no came solicitor . They said I had no chance of claim as it was a private company that did the roads. I was too ill anyway with vaxx injuries I did not have the fight in me. Yes , let's run a country without high taxes , which are necessary in all first world countries .
When I went to work for the local school district another employee said I better make sure my pay is deposited electronically or the district will charge me five dollars to write me a paycheck. I said that's illegal. When I asked the Director about it he said, "We can do anything we want." So going right to the top I went to the superintendent and asked him. He said, "We can do whatever we want." That if I think it's illegal the only way I can be right was to sue the district and have it declared illegal in court." I let him know that one cannot break the law on that standard. He said, "We do." So I posed this question, "Knowing you are breaking the law you refuse to comply with the law, knowing your are doing something illegal?" He said it wasn't illegal unless I took them to court. He then said, it's our policy.
I checked the policy and contract and found it said nothing of the sort. I also printed off the law that stated all employers in the state of Alaska must pay by US currency or a check from which nothing is deducted, and gave it to the director and said, "If you charge me, I charge you and the superintendent." They quietly got rid of that practice, but they hated me ever since. What happens when you work for people in the government who regularly break the law..

This all depends on your own situation because the establishment can get extremely difficult if they want too, in my own situation the Barstuwards could do a compulsory purchase on my property because they want access to the rear of my garden which is landlocked with no direct access being surrounded by house's. Which could prove an expensive state of affairs ? Taking on the establishment makes you a political target ?

Councils can't fine you, they issue a penalty, when you say " they fine you " psychologically, makes people think, I can go to prison for not paying a fine, penalties are a civil matter and, I don't think you go to PRISON for a civil matter.

Gavin, I asked my council for the liability order and I was sent a screenshot showing my name on a computer print out along with a list of other names and one liability order which the council says covers all the names signed by justice of the peace ( no name) to save time! I was told there is no court record or case number relating to myself individually!

All the grounds - illegality, fraudulence (conveyance), which kills everything; gives you grounds of recovery. Their mis-uses of it to featherbed their cushy numbers. And for them paying back to you, ALL the council tax they have ever extorted from you illegally. Turn it all back on them to the Ninth Degree. I watched the affable Bald Explorer for years being entertained by his light hearted rambles through the UK. Little did I know what a tenacious rascal he was!
Learn the system and use it against them. A man I once worked for bought a building that was for sale for five years and didn't sell, so he offered $100,000. The owner sold. The city then sent the new owner a property tax bill for a $500,000 building. The new owner refuted it knowing that the assessment must be based on what a building would sell for within six months. The city, for two years forced the man to pay the inflated price and so the owner went to court and won. The owner listed the property the entire time for $100,000 and it didn't sell. Then after he won and the city had to pay him back the taxes he paid he turned around and donated the building to a charity and listed the value based on the city estimate of $500,000. So he got a serious tax write off for seven years due to that one building which was actually a worthless building that was later torn down.
The same man wanted a shed to store lumber and the city council, angry they had lost the previous case refused him a permit. So he built it anyway and when the city inspector complained the man said it was a woodshed and required no permit. The inspector fumed and sputtered and said a woodshed is not a warehouse. whereat the owner then stated, the ordinance says one is allowed a woodshed without a permit, it doesn't say anything about size, so I built a big one. The inspector raged on, saying, but your using it to store lumber! So the owner said, it's firewood, I just haven't chopped it up yet.

There are so many ways to use natural law that it is good to see different approaches.We will win eventually.
The reason for the CBDC is so they can 'fine' you at source and there's nothing you can do about it.
I've said it before,but this really needs exploring;-
With all these recent interviewswe have seen one common theme,and that is the fact of an alternative way to meet the system head on,and win.
What we need is an amalgamation of all these people interviewed,and a series of templates that thousands of us can use to counter the crooks and the establishment cronies.
I know i'd be willing to make a contribution if a society was established,and a significant noise could be made.
This will only happen if all these knowledgeable people are gathered together and form .perhaps an alternative or counter to government directives,all based on Common Law and The Constitution.
I'm sure there must be thousands out there who would consider this move.

At my eviction hearing when they called my name and I said Here! the creditor lawyer jumped like she saw a 🐍.
I know of a guy, who went to prison, who REFUSED TO PAY THE COUNCIL TAX, different from saying, I am willing to pay but, asking the council to explain how its legal.
The last time that anyone was sent to prison for council tax was 2015 and since been made unlawful as far as I know.

Another great interview. I very much like Gavin's idea that we should not refuse to pay but ask questions in a civil and uninformed way. The more questions you ask the stronger your position becomes.

This series of interviews is great - but this one has been the best so far. Dolores Cahil set the scene, Sovereign Pete made it accessible but Gavin gives hope. I was starting to think I was standing alone. I talk to people who are fed up with what's going on but just stand idly by. Over the last couple of years I have been writing to MPs, councillors, governement departments making my dissent known but unable to convince the majority around me to stand and be counted. This right of trial by jury makes me even more hopeful, I wish I'd stumbled across The Sovereign Project earlier - thank you Richard for pointing me in their direction. I've just joined up.
Once you realize that you can dodge debt collectors just by citing that you have no contract between yourself and them, you are in control. There’s no contract between them and you. It’s that simple.
But what do you do when they put their foot in your door so you cant shut them out? Some of these debt collectors are nasty especially when there are no witnesses.

Me neither but I’m doing it! I’m too angry that I’ve paid over £200000 in taxes during my life to realise you get nothing but a few crumbs back at the end of it if you’re lucky! I’ve lost all fear and knowing how corrupt the system is and how they are selective in the ‘law’ for their benefit but never yours I’m damned well getting my money back one way or another

Just like to share my experience with an energy company when I moved into a new council house a couple of decades ago.
I was told by a certain very expensive energy company that they would be supplying my gas/electric.
I contacted energy company saying I didn't want them as my supplier and was going elsewhere. They said I had no choice as they had a contract with my local council to supply gas/electric for the 1st three months of my tenancy after which period I could leave them if I wanted.
After seeking advice from a Police CONSTABLE in this matter I called the energy company back and told them they can supply me with gas/electricity if they wish BUT I would NOT be paying them because I had NOT agreed to anything with them nor had I signed any contract with them to do so.
They quickly stepped back and said I was 'free' to choose a different supplier!
Had I known back then what I know now I would have let them carry on supplying me and not paid them anything because no contract in place.

I don’t want the debt to come to the owner of the house, as he’s a good landlord. Otherwise I’d be doing this now, our friend who owns her house has just embarked on this journey, so I’ll send her this video. And your right, their house of cards is falling down. Bailiffs can't make a 'citizens arrest' unless an INDICTABLE offence has been committed.
That is under criminal law, not civil.

I haven't paid council tax since 2014 I've had countless letters apparently I've got a ccj I do find it hard to get credit I probably could never get a mortgage I've had bailifs knocking on door I just don't answer they never try brake in I've had cars albeit crappy cars they never tried to take them I did a debt relief order thay stop the letters and people coming to door for about 6mths then it started again I just ignore it all, if council tax was used for what it supposed to used for I have no problem paying it but like these guys say why should I pay some fat cats salary, plus my cars getting knackered more each day with all the pot holes, I've also had a few hand delivered letters saying call this number now to stop my stuff being removed but again if u don't answer I don't think they can force entry not 100% sure on that but they never have with me,just keep taking me to court

One more thing you can do is fit a door that opens out so it cannot be kicked in and fit a steel plate on the door so the police will think twice about kicking it in .. then you can sit in the house in the cold with the lights out ... LOL

Its wonderful to listen to someone who truly understands the fine details of his field. Absolutely brilliant.. This confirms a theory I've held for years about authority and who actually holds it. Now I have a fire under and within me to learn all I can about the laws.. Like Gavin and the other guy you had on, I've always been against this idea of authority ever since I started primary school. Thanks for having great guests on your show, it's become a favorite of mine lately. I get quality information every time.

I fully agree about not bothering to fight anymore, I suddenly felt as if there is no need, it is all happening and gathering momentum on its own. At an advanced age I never thought I would be in a battle with the system but now we have, alarming though it has been at times when there didn't seem to be a way out, I wouldn't have missed it for the world. I feel that we are definitely approaching the end game because so many around the world have cottoned on, their assumed authority is absolutely cancelling itself out, so stupid have they been

I too was faced with a parking charge notice, twice, over parking space at supermarkets. I sent conditional acceptance notices to both and sent their letter back to them. I have heard nothing since. Never accept their word. They are all criminals.

Stopping payments, will affect council, whose families will come first - then law goes out the window? I’d love to give it a go though - and reduce the council in size to just do the jobs they are useful managing.

Note - one council told me last month when my bin was stolen I would have to pay for it myself and hear this “ the CT. has nothing to do with the rubbish collection “ thereby leaving me wondering 🤔🤔🤔
I would send them a long letter asking where this rule is clearly expressed. Then ask them to state clearly and explicitly what CT goes towards. Make these toe-rags work.
