i've found most new condos/apts look exactly the same inside[same counter tops/appliances etc..nice].its all about view /cost to buy/monthly fees and neighbourhood/inside & around walled city 4 tourists more expensive, I have a friend that has lived in crespo area for 4yrs[i'm looking to buy on beach in that area,coming down in a month or so :) & from what my friend says drivers r crazy so i'll b taking taxi/uber everywhere[as theres no large grocery store in crespo area...
My boyfriend found it through someone that he met so truly it was by word of mouth! I honestly recommend asking around more so than something like Airbnb!

I lived there for 4 years and then moved back... how's it going over there for you?
