    Due to changes in our life style we have addicted to out side food, instant food, proceed food, ready made food, just delete swigy, zomatao, uber eats from ur phone.
    Stop eating yummy chat on roadside
    stop going to restaurant on weekends so that u can save money n health.
    Eat spicy less food.

    Ma'am can i eat dalia everyday for lunch nd dinner both? Kya isse mera weight loss hoga? Mai subha exercise v karta hoon aur breakfast me 40 grams ka oats khata hoon with half of apple. Lunch se pehle cucumber or guava v khata hoon. Aur 40 grams karke dalia with vegetables roz lunch aur dinner karta hoon. Kya isse mera weight loss hoga ya weight gain hoga.

    I would suggest reading a bit on ayurvedic dincharya and food related material. A bunch if things you have mentioned such as eggs on a daily basis and the type of milk, etc. are driven by western medical science and do not have a basis in holistic health. Happy to discuss.
