- Seven falls in Colorado Springs is beautiful. With a steep hike of 224 steps to the top (and again back down) the view and experience is breathtaking. If the thought of climbing that many steps is exhausing then take the Mountain Elevator up to the top of The Eagles Nest area. From that nearby location, you can see a wonderful view of 7 Falls. just fyi, you can't drive directly to seven falls, you have to drive to a parking lot where they will shuttle everyone over the falls. plan for a little extra time to be shuttled and get there early to beat the crowd.

How long was the whole experience minus the shuttle from parking lot? We are trying to plan other things that same day.
maybe 90 minutes for after you get there. allow 20 minutes to walk from the shuttle up to the falls. and then it's just hiking up the stairs and back down. There is a restaurant there but we didn't go in so that would add time if you ate there.

Maybe 30 minutes
But that's not the very top...there are a lot more trails beyond there that go much higher.
The top of the steps. We did not venture further because we were exhausted.
