Actually not ... Yeah , I agree that skill is the most important thing ... But The paper matters a lot ... Also the tools that we use for detailing like mono zero eraser , kneadable eraser , blender , etc ... Pencils are Ok , even you can draw a nice portrait with artline graphite ... But Paper matters 🙂
