"When the peace sign was for real," that is so true. Now so many people display backwards peace signs, which actually means the same as the middle finger gesture, so it's pretty much the opposite of peace. Gangster rappers popularized the backwards peace sign (and I'm convinced they new exactly what they were doing). I wish the youth of today would embrace a peace and love attitude instead of a gangster lifestyle.

I am 60, and remember this from the better days. I have been looking for it for months but could not remember the name.
My world was losing its color, when suddenly in a single stroke, destiny

children, the children grew up and got married. So, we are together
after more than thirty years. Our feelings were correct, that connection

love is a great and wonderful miracle !!!In this world nobody belongs to
anyone, only love has the magical strength to keep two human beings

Augusto, what a beautiful story. My girlfriend met in the pool. Just pure coincidence. And indeed love at first sight exists. We both came from completely different families. I had a very sweet mother and father and my girlfriend's were less so to say the least. Despite being raised differently, we have been together for 33 years now, with a 2 year hiatus due to a midlife crisis with my girlfriend, but love conquers all and our love is even stronger than before. Of course life is not all roses and moonshine (I am Dutch and the latter is a Dutch expression which means that life is not always fun) Life does indeed have different colors and this song describes it very nicely with an insanely beautiful melody.
