Spencer's Crossing looks terrific. As always a great job. I especially like the fact that you always highlight the good and the bad. Very informative. Look forward to the next one!
I know Brookfield is the Master Developer but I do not know about the ins and outs like you say about Lennar and a possible sale to Brookfield. Thanks for commenting.
@@moving2murrieta yes I remember Lennar has major plans as they developed Greer Ranch - Harveston and Murrieta Oaks - here is a draft of the EIR before Brookfield obtained the property www.lafco.org/opencms/monthly_hearings/agenda/pdf/2006/October/3.b.2006-107-3Anx105toCSA103.pdf
Great research Luis. I see what you mean with the description of the location: Generally described as being south of Baxter Rd., east of Briggs Rd., west of Leon Rd. and north of Los Alamos Rd.
Saw your recent post regarding Greer Ranch and thought it would've been great to get an update video for Spencer's Crossing since it has changed a lot since Brookfield took over. We are on a priority list for the northside of Spencer's Crossing and are wondering how the area is to the north since it borderlines Menifee.
Hello Jessica, is there a studio or 1 BR apartment there for $600 / month? I just want to start and look for a job there. Then purchase a house when I get settled and employed. I stayed in Murrieta for 1 week and I like the city.
Marie Adventure you could maybe rent a room for $600, but probably not a studio or apt. I hear people have luck with room rentals on Craigslist still 👍
Looking forward to New Construction and Builder videos for Spencer's Crossing.
Let's do a poll on which builder people like the most.

Thanks Raymond. We think people appreciate it when they hear a few negatives along with a bunch of positives.
Wow what a gorgeous neighborhood
Stay tuned for the next video(s) on New Construction in Spencer's Crossing.
Thank you for telling us all about the area and not only the homes.
Thanks Christian. We try to provide as much info for those interested in Moving to Murrieta.
Amazing community. I'm sure that new road is going to be a huge time saver. Good job Jessica!
Thanks Philip. Road improvements are a big deal for Californians because we spend so much of our lives in a car.
Love the Wine Country !
Thanks for watching JoAnna. Apologies for the delayed reply.
Looks like an awesome neighborhood!
Thanks for watching Lisa.
I love watching your videos!
Keith Ban thanks for watching Keith!
Spencer Crossinng was originally developed by Lennar but in 09 sold it to Brookfield - due to the rocky environment back then

All of Spencer’s Crossing is a nice area IMO. That’s a great video idea and I’ll see what I can do. Are you on the Overland Priority list?
