I have yet to pick this game up, played a bit of the free version but this alone makes me want to get it. They definitely don’t hold back with the presentation of this game either!
does the free version play like DOA5's? where you have 4 base characters and can just buy any extra character you want OR buy the full version if you want all characters.
Or is the free version limits your characters and you have to buy the whole game instead.

Its not in Japanese, its in a bespoke language, pretty sure its the same one the original NieR used for its songs
The point of it is to sound exotic and just on the edge of recognition, since its similar to the vocalization of a lot of languages but not quite any of them
I think it’s best that they used the Chaos language version. I feel like that’s the most emblematic of Nier in general
