I have had such a bad experience with World of Books this past month. My order never showed up. I tried contacting them asking who delivered my order. I never heard back from them. In the end I had to request the 3rd party they were selling from for a refund as they even ignored my request for that after I waited weeks after my expected delivery date. They even ignored messages from the 3rd party as well. I would just advise people to be cautious about them. I've seen other people complain about similar things to what happened to me. Some have claimed that books they received not being in good condition as described. Sorry, for the mini rant. I'm glad you've been lucky with them. People seem to get such a mixed service from them.

Even when I buy from third parties, the only option of getting a refund is to complain. Even then, they ignore. The only way they reply is if you Tweet about them, then they pay attention. All my friends had the same bad experience.

When you write them (which takes 3 days for them to reply), they will ask you to send the books back but I am living overseas so I can't. Then they will refund you only 30% of your money. Worst secondhand bookshop I have ever shopped with.

I love getting my books from them because I live in Cyprus and I get my books from England. They do charge shipping it's usually two pounds each book. Just thought I would let you know.
A little off the subject, but have you ever read Diana Norman’s Novels? She also wrote under the pen name of Ariana Franklin. The books she wrote under her real name Diana Norman are wonderful historical novels. There is only one of her books I do not own, but I’m still looking! Love your UA-cam videos. Thank you 🤗
