We glorify mom's sacrifice so much and call a woman difficult if she takes stand for herself. That's why we see females putting everyone above themselves. The show showed a happy ending but otherwise it's trauma for such children. Women should be like Nadia, blunt, upfront, and taking a stand right away.

This drama delivers a terrible message!!! It says that it’s okay to sexually abuse women. There is no punishment except getting kicked out of the house. I don’t know how the writers of the script sleep at night.
I agree that the punishment was too light for a crime like rape, but it's an overstatement to say that the drama JUSTIFIES sexual abuse. At the ending episodes, nobody blamed the victims.
unfortunately it is incredibly hard to prove rape in the court of law let alone a rap that was decades ago while not ideal this was a very realistic end to the story

The protagonist of this story is not Sila. it's Sadia, it's about Sadia's fear and the consequences of her fear on her children. Joey knew that he was impotent, but he tortured Sadia because he knew she was weak. The last episode is very liberating for the viewers

Each role has done an outstanding job in delivering their part. But the two characters who have gone above and beyond the call of duty in this drama serial are Yumna Zaidi and Noman Ijaz. I am just unable to pin-point one specific great thing about their acting because everything they did in the serial is spot on. Hitting the hammer dead center on the nail! I am so glad they both picked up a few trophies for their parts. Very well deserved! -Max
A very good drama. In the opening episodes I thought it won't be so much interesting but was proven wrong with the each of the following episodes. Although a complicated subject but handled very professionally by the director who deserves all appreciation and kudos. During the last two episodes in particular, I could not take off my eyes from the screen but remained glued. The climax of the drama very well explained not leaving any doubts in the minds of the viewers as in many such stories. Congrats to the writer of the drama as well. My best wishes to all the actors who played their roles judiciously. Good luck to all of them.

A superb drama with a real issue in any society.. Abuse can take many forms and this drama has highlighted one of them.. All casts have played their roles beautifully, beyond my expectation.. Sila’s acting was exceptional👏👏👏👏👍I wish the directors won’t make the popular Actors & Actresses do villain roles, because, it ruins their image in spite of their great acting abilities! Also, they shouldn’t take any and every third grade dramas. The last episode was a disappointment.. instead of punishing joyee for molesting Sila, the daughter/niece of the family, they were more interested in marrying Sila’s mother off to the molester and the perpetrator was even brazen to suggest he would take Sila too, and no uproar/reaction from anybody🥺😬😡 God forbid if they see/hear a woman having an innocent conversation with a man; they would beat, stone, stomp the woman to death!

Each role has done an outstanding job in delivering their part. But the two characters who have gone above and beyond the call of duty in this drama serial are Yumna Zaidi and Noman Ijaz. I am just unable to pin-point one specific great thing about their acting because everything they did in the serial is spot on. Hitting the hammer dead center on the nail! I am so glad they both picked up a few trophies for their parts. Very well deserved!

A very good drama. In the opening episodes I thought it won't be so much interesting but was
proven wrong with the each of the following episodes. Although a complicated subject but handled very professionally by the director who deserves all appreciation and kudos. During the last two episodes in particular, I could not take off my eyes from the screen but remained glued. The climax of the drama very well explained not leaving any doubts in the minds of the viewers as in many such stories. Congrats to the writer of the drama as well. My best wishes to all the actors who played their roles judiciously. Good luck to all of them.

Sila’s acting was exceptional👏👏👏👏👍I wish the directors won’t make the popular Actors & Actresses do villain roles, because, it ruins their image in spite of their great acting abilities! Also, they shouldn’t take any and every third grade dramas. The last episode was a disappointment.. instead of punishing joyee for molesting Sila, the daughter/niece of the family, they were more interested in marrying Sila’s mother off to the molester and the perpetrator was even brazen to suggest he would take Sila too, and no uproar/reaction from anybody🥺😬😡 God forbid if they see/hear a woman having an innocent conversation with a man; they would beat, stone, stomp the woman to death!
