That's the intended purpose of US sanctions and this will never change. The only option is develop a competing system outside of the US sphere of influence. Russia and China are leading the charge for this new system with the global majority as partners.
it is so easy to understand if you know the history, Iranians couldn't buy helicopters or their spare parts because of the sanctions (since 1987), the ones that they had ,was bought by previous regime and as soon as the regime changed they couldn't get the rest of the helicopters that they had purchased and the spare parts they needed, this is why when war with Iraq began the IRGC started it's missile program, Because they had few jets and helicopters and they didn't have any spare parts and also the pilots who had finished their training outside of Iran didn't want to come back just to get killed in battle, so for protection they developed their own missiles and for transportation they got stuck with old and unsafe helicopters.
The tell-tale points to copter transponder been switched off , it would not have cause the crash. Also , no "Mayday" pilot calls was made . Two other copters flying beside it , couldn't communicate with pilot of the crashed copter. You can smell a rat as far as South Pole.
@@BrandyHeng007 i researched about it, they turn off the transponder because they don't want anyone to be able to follow the signal, for example if someone on the ground wanted to attack them in the middle of the way and the transponder was on, the attacker could find the helicopter by following the signal, so to avoid this they turn it off but they compensate for it by adding to additional helicopters that accompany them. I also investigated about similar accidents that happened in the same weather and also about the problems with this Bel 212 helicopter and it seems that this was really an accident not an assassination

Thanks for sleuth investigation.
I'll take it with a pinch of salt until official announcement.
