Jaya was a great leader, nobody can deny it. Truth is that Jayalalitha died of complications from her uncontrolled diabetes, and matters were hushed up on her request to safeguard her privacy. She was getting better gradually under treatment & physiotherapy, but a sudden heart attack turned out to be fatal. Just a medical phenomenon, and people are trying tomake a mountain out of a mole hill!
