You can built it yourself..buy the 1inch stainless pipe, spring ex motorcycle shockbreaker...weld them..then buy the speed bag..you can get the cobra punching bag same as ryan garcia have with less money..🙂

This broke after one year uses. But I had brought another one. I would suggest pushing the bottom because it a bit heavy for one person to lift it. However, if you have a friend with you then you can both lift it and move it. I hope this answer your question :)
