This is great! It really does feel so good to have that connected feeling, especially to the people you are leading.

we do 8 to 10 - songs, sometimes there's medleys and those are 5 to 7 mini-songs each

I know! Some people are singing a bunch of songs. If that was me, I’d have to be chained to my confidence monitor!
