I create videos to help better inform home Inspectors, buyers, sellers, and realtors on how to find everyday problems with their houses/properties. I will also have guest speakers that work closely with the real estate trade.

You mentioned trying to reach 10k subs by Jan 1. Answer EVERY comment. Trust me, it matters. You have a great channel. Engage more with your viewers. 20k by 2024!!
Thanks man, working on being consistent! Buisness and life has its ways of getting in the way. Not an excuse just verbalizing challenges.
Drywall used in the fireplace?? That’s nuts.
Great channel. I’m home Spector in Jupiter, Florida. One thing I would add is that clean out for the drains could be a sign that they are having clogging issues and the house did not originally come with a clean out?? If not, they had to install clean out just to unclog issues. I would call for a drain inspection or like you mentioned, a permit, with a full scope of what was replaced. keep up the awesome content!
Great content...I really appreciate the time you put into this very valuable information for the sellers and prospective buyers !
Chris, thanks for the video. I was wondering can you recommend a structural engineer for the Frisco TX area? Maybe having foundation issues. Thanks .
Sorry don’t know anyone out there. Try my dads company up north. He might have a recommendation. Just google a-action realty inspections.
New subscriber from The Woodlands, TX. I really appreciate all of your videos. Great job to you and your team on the inspection videos. I've learned so much, as we have been home shopping for a couple of months now, and the items you mention to watch out for are imperative to any real estate transaction . I commend you for going up in the attic when it's 100+ degrees! Stay hydrated and pray for rain as we desperately need it!
Thank you for watching!!
That fireplace in that Vally is a total problem
Great video as always Chris!
appreciate the videos man !!.. almost finished with schooling and these are definitely helping me !
Was that an attached garage? Isn’t Sheetrock required?
Not always, fire blocking is but in older homes we are not always reporting to current standards. A 1970s property will not be to par with a 2022.
You don’t mention the hot water tank not inside of a functional drain pan?
Most of the time I am doing these videos I try to focus on the major items. A lot of that little stuff ends up in our reports
@@AActionHomeInspectionHouston How many inspectors work for your company?
@@theallaroundguy2399 we currently have 9 inspectors moving in the field
@@AActionHomeInspectionHouston If you don’t mind me asking, how many inspections do you guys average a week?
@@theallaroundguy2399 fluctuates right now because of the market. Anywhere from 150 to 200+ a month
Great inspection! I learned a lot about the process.
Thanks for watching
What about the Thermal expansion tank?
