Those are great picks. My favorite female vocalist has to be Nancy Jo Mann from Barnabas. She has the ultimate Metal voice for a female fronted band. They were the heaviest Christian Metal in the late 70’s to 1980-83 era before other bands started getting established in 1984 onward. Pioneers for sure.
Wendi Kaiser of Rez may be not be a favorite of many people, but her voice fits much of the style of writing of Rez. There are a few songs that I'm not fussy on but most of the songs she sings on is right on target. 2 of my favorite songs is Attention which stands up to any Judas Priest or Iron Maiden Song and is in my opinion the Heaviest Christian Metal song of the early 80s and those vocals and guitar solo - WOW! Another favorite classic song is Colors - her back up vocals are outstanding and compliments Glenn in this awesome classic worship song. She is great in numerous other Rez classics as well. I don't have any of these albums, but Sandie Brock of Servant and Nancy Jo Mann of Barnabas are great singers. I think these great women paved the way of many female Christian Rock, Hard Rock and Metal singers today. Another good singer is Johanna Kultalahti (Aaltonen) of HB. The only female singer I have in my collection is the Rez albums.
Magdalene rose is another absolutely amazing Christian vocalist if you've never heard of her she was in a band with her sisters called Gold frankincense and myrrh and when they broke up she started Magdalene rose
You really should check out Barnabus if you have not heard them. No way Nancy Jo Mann would not be on your list! The band was heavy and progressive. Brian Below was a great guitarist too.
