They are really shivering up there. It was 16° there this morning!!! You could go fishing and hook a pack of Mrs. Paul's Frozen Fish Fillets!!!
It should be opened up to the harbor and docks installed. Looking at it on Google earth there are hundreds of canals close by loaded with docks. A few more aren't going to make that great an impact on the environment and it'll increase the value of the land providing more tax dollars.. As for the Tarpon; its probably a good thing that it self released otherwise im not sure how you would have landed it and let it go..
