Wade fishing is hands down my favorite way to fish! I’ve noticed all my bigger trout tend to jump like snook do. My past few trips I’ve got some bigger trout and they all have become acrobats lol. Good video!

Thanks for the walk about - it does seem like Burnt Sore faired better then most. I am up in Punta Gorda Isles and wondering when the Fisherman's Marina Fuel Dock will open. There's no way to get fuel on the water on the the upper harbor right now.

Too funny. UA-cam suggested this video and that’s my neighborhood spot. That cove you went up has some tarpon in it when you go deeper. I kayaked in there to a small “lake” and they were all over the place. I got several hits but didn’t land anything since my hooks were super dull. I use a sinking twitch bait all along the sandbar and in-between. I fly my drone over the spot, too and saw a cobia from the drone. Just caught a flounder on Sunday there. Such a great spot!

Mine would loose connection too. Ended up being a power issue. Once I replaced the plug in connectors to a 70 amp (had a smaller 40-45 amp originally) and a previously spliced smaller wire no more issues.

Sad to see this Boca Grande is my favorite beach back in 2000 when I moved to SE Florida I kept my boat at my parents house in PG launched at Ponce de Leon park boat ramp and drove my boat to Boca Grand beach miss those days but will be back down soon hope things get better by April.

of course I will get crucified by online keyboard warriors, but seems to me luxurious pleasure boats, yachts are one of the faces of climate change reasons this is happening, using massive amounts the earths resources for pleasure. earth is finite, throw away all these mansions, yachts, marina's, then build new ones and continue overusing resources that cause the earths climate to deteriorate. and all the while feel bad for the situation. . the earth is finite, not infinite.
