im here 7 years later :) i wanna say this video absolutely made my childhood and i’m an adult now and i still cry while watching just cus of pure nostalgia
Stan is one of my favorite characters because in the end, even if it seemed like he was a coward at all, he always just wanted to protect his family. Until the end. He had to keep his brothers loss a secret and had to learn EVERYTHING he needed to get the portal running again. All he ever wanted was his brother back and the kids safe. You can't blame him for just wanting a simple thank you for throwing his entire life away. Then, in the end, he sacrificed his sanity and precious memories to save everyone, and be the hero for once. Because in his mind he wasn't already. And when everything was set right, he was finally recognized for the great person he had been. That's probably why I cried to hard lol
Am I the only one that thinks weirdmagedon should of been a movie? it was already an hour and 20mins long and Alex said he wanted another side-plot or 2 in the finale. A two hour film would of been better
Gravity Falls is one of the newer american cartoons that is just so good! Stan is great, Dipper and Mabel are lucky to have him as a grunkle!:) This amv is great, and thanks Alex Hirsch!

For one, if it continued, it wouldn't be nearly as amazing as the first two seasons were, and the climax might not reach its full potential. Another thing about it continuing, is that it is over, and it has been for a few months. What I mean by this is that it would be an awkward (although very great) transition from missing this show (that we were told was gone) to suddenly having it back. Of course, this does not mean I don't miss it, I do, but I have finally moved on, at least partially. There are still days that I pine for it ;)
