No :( , lightfastness has to do more with the pigments themselves than adding fixative. Professional watercolors are made with high quality pigments which tend to be much more expensive, and they also tend to be toxic and require more careful handling.

I don't understand why spray fixative wouldn't seal your painting and protect it from light?
