Whenever i feel depressed i always remind myself about how blessed i am sometimes we get used to the things we have and we start to normalize having them like some people don't even have the very basic things like food and shelter other people are sick with fatal disease and other people are in a war zone we should always be grateful for our life because the things that might seem normal to us can be a dream to others
