oh yes definitely works in a pinch :) I will say it was much easier to clean though I had to scrub them hard last time so I'm calling it a win bud 😀 had to clean the tins that way back in the day as that's what we were taught... take care bud 👍🔥🏕🐿

Interesting update Stealth sir, taking out the cotton wool didn’t seem to change the sooting, although the positive is that it rubs off easy enough after 👍

yes bud I agree 100% I prefer to use gas these days but always handy to know what will work if need be . Just take a bag to put them in later 🤣👍🏕

5 litres of denatured alcohol 90% proof. Less than £20 online. I use about 25ml to make a brew. That is 200 brews for £20.
