- I’ve been flying the Lockheed 12a for the last few months and doing quite a bit of work on it. It is time to go shut some engines down in flight and see how she flies with only one engine spinning. What a beautiful day to be flying!!
Awesome plane very interesting thanks
The audio bouncing back n forth made my head spin!
Glenn, love riding along and thanks for making these videos for us all to enjoy.
Glenn, love your videos! Thanks so much. It gives us all something to watch when we are stuck at home trying not to spread anything!
You all prolly dont give a damn but does someone know of a way to get back into an Instagram account??
I somehow forgot the login password. I would appreciate any tips you can give me
@Omar Kason Instablaster :)
@Mathias Stephen i really appreciate your reply. I got to the site through google and im waiting for the hacking stuff now.
Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
@Mathias Stephen It did the trick and I now got access to my account again. Im so happy!
Thanks so much, you saved my ass !
@Omar Kason you are welcome :D
Step on the damn ball!
It was interesting to see how the electra performed on one engine. Do other radial engines have the ability to feather with an aux oil pump as well? Also, what the heck happened on that last landing? It looked like you were working the elevators pretty hard.
What a perfect day to practice some emergency procedures. Thanks for sharing Glenn gives us all some entertainment while not much going on.
I have questions about your procedure of locking the tailwheel.
It pleases me to see you being so diligent. That Lockheed couldn't be in better hands...
Thanks. I enjoyed seeing all the preflight details. I like the looks and functionality of the new yokes. I learned a lot about the complexity of dealing with an emergency in a twin. The bungee rudder trim seems to work, maybe it needs a little more strength? Enjoyed seeing the airplane on the ground at Thomaston. Interesting about the bird and its eggs. Great video, no distraction from passengers.
From start to finish, definitely one of the best..! Thank you for sharing this update.! If you can buy that 150 for me for $5.000, I will happily give you $6.000... Thanks Glen...!
Looks like one of the king air's got a set of those new gear up props ;) Great plane. She's a screamer at take off though.. Man alive. Stay safe, avoid the bug.
Lol, yeah, it is amazing people still buy those things. I hear they are massively expensive and don’t do much at all for performance.
Chase Duncan Really? I had heard they moved that thing. I think it was purchased by someone over seas seems like. Wish they’d get her flying.
Glenn did you sell your Beech 18?
No, she’s still with me. I hope to go fly her this weekend
I'm glad to hear you didn't sell the Beech. I would love to see a video of the Beech in the air. Thanks for your content Glenn really enjoy it.
