fuck, i need a partner who knows chemistry to open a restaurant liket this
i would say its a school that gives you basic technical skills. most students have a culture shock when they actually worked in a restaurant for a 12 hours shift and cant handle the stress. i would say if you are leaning towards a certain type of food/cuisine and if any restaurant is willing to take you in, you should start working right away. there is probably much more to learn in the restaurant than the school
