I could tell you a few things about the actual aircraft from the stories I heard from my Father and his brother, they both flew F4Us in WWII, they were incredible planes, to hear them talk about them.
I have a V 2 that I’ve flown a couple times, be aware, it can roll fast and it’s best to land it like the real thing, 3 point. Yeah this V3 is even better than mine, I think it’s way better foam, a slightly bigger, more to scale prop, and easier to assemble with better overall assemblage. Please, if you haven’t flown anything or don’t have much experience, buddy up with an experienced rc pilot you trust. Yes, it can fly quite fast, but landing flaps slow it down to a nice stable speed. Nice downwind, base, and final…bring in with power and then reduce nice and gradual as you land , doing your best to lower that tail for a nice 3 point when possible; avoid prop strikes! Have fun! Oh yeah, fly without ordinance until you get used to it, then gradually put a few on at a time. It’s truly not a Version 3 but a new total airplane that learned from all the old mistakes and shortcomings of its predecessors.
I appreciate all the tips, luckily this is my buddy Pete’s planes and he’s flown for a while. But your tips will be in my mind when I get my own plane! Thanks for watching 🤟
According to documentation, Boss did NOT have a hand in the design process, and was one of numerous smaller manufacturing companies involved in uniform production.
Ummmmm...corsair is a pacific theater plane...Boss has nothing to do with "this" video....and FYSA he was just a 3rd party vendor that "made" uniforms...but if your gonna go on a Nazi kick.... you forgot about BMW,VW, Bayer, AB Farben, FAG...ext...
Well duh about the Corsair not seen in the skys over Europe, for fuck sake 🙄, and I forgot shit, he wore a Boss shirt, not a Volkswagen or Fanta Orange 🙄 🖕
Don't try to fly it unless you have a couple of years flying trainers. This is definitely NOT a first airplane. Too many people I know go out and buy a Mustang or Corsair and think that its easy to fly. It goes from awesome airplane to lining your garbage can pretty quickly. Buy a trainer, don't buy a radio with less than 8 channels. I have a DX6e sitting in the basement collecting dust and use my DX 8 exclusively. I don't hear the fellow warning him about all of this. this is how FMS and hobby stores stay in business.
Yea I didn’t expect the store to be so loud, but it gets a bit better when I pick the camera up. Also got some new mic’s so next one should be crispy audio 🤙
Website is sketchy asf. I rather go in person for Hobby Lobby planes. In person the price will be cheaper MOST of the time due to the demand and seeing the reviews/personal experience.... this plane is not for beginners nor novices to airborne RC.
Unfortunately it wasn’t my plane to fly as much as I wanted to see it soar! 😂 and yea didn’t expect the store to be so loud but I got some mic’s for the channel, so future unboxing will have crispy audio 🤟
Yea unfortunately filming in the hobby store was very echoey and loud but luckily! I just ordered some wireless mic’s to make future unboxing better! 🤟
There's nothing like the feeling of flying a plane you built yourself.
I’m hoping to get a plane on the channel so I can experience it for myself!
Hi my name is John Holcomb I want to know how much your pellet guns are
Their prices vary so you’d have to visit their store or call the 🫡

I would have preferred a fiberglass fuselage with built up wing.
Beautiful Corsair
It really is!
The F4 had the "gull" wings so the landing gear didn't have to be so long to provide clearance for the huge propeller.
Makes sense the props are huge! Thanks for the new knowledge!
Perfect just need a JM Fuel Can! ..LOL
WW2 American plane, shown by dude wearing a Hugo Boss shirt. Boss designed and made all Nazi, Gestapo, and SS uniforms 😅
😂😂 oh boy, the more you learn

The plane is for my buddy Pete (gentlemen I’m filming with) who’s flown previously. I know not much about planes other then their cool as heck 😂
I have two FMS Corsairs, the v3 and the previous v2, fly’s more like an advance trainer, very scale look and performance
Not the “dash”. Instrument panel.
Audio!!
Buy a microphone… they’re not that expensive.
Was the 1st thing I did after filming cause the hobby store is LOUD! 😅
Audio is terrible!
Yea I didn’t expect the store to be so loud, but it gets a bit better when I pick the camera up. Also got some new mic’s so next one should be crispy audio 🤙

I’d definitely recommend going in to look and ask question, but this beautiful plane is definitely not a beginner flyer 😂 luckily Pete has a couple
This could have been an awesome video but the sound is horrible!!!!!
@@msgt1942 it get better once I picked up the camera, didn’t expect the shop to be so loud 😂 but I got some new mics for next time 🤟
Does the Canopy open? Is there access in there? It has to have Headtracking camera space...
I don’t think it opened, but if you found a way to get in there, there’s plenty of space for a fpv 🤟
To much talking with very bad audio

Volume sucks
I know 😭 unfortunately store was loud and echoey, but I just picked up some wireless mic’s! So I’m excited to put them to use! 🤙
Not holes for lights in leading edge of wings. Machine guns. Educate yourself dude.
Pretty sure I said at the beginning I don’t know much about planes, but reeeaalllllly appreciate the comments it all helps 🤙
If your gonna make a video of a plane, at least educate yourself on the names of the basic components 🙄
Terrible 😮audio!
