Hi friends! ✨ Sascha here. We hope you loved taking the tour of Project Beach House as much as we did! There’s so much to appreciate in this space, from the classic design elements to the thoughtful details throughout. What part of the home stood out to you the most? We have so many more exciting projects coming your way, and we can’t wait to share them with you. Thank you for being a part of our UA-cam family.🤎
probably one of my favorite homes I've seen on here! The beams make such a statement yet the home is super cozy and calm! What a delight to enjoy this home.
Sasha I'm an interior design as well. Well done, its perfection. Your presentation though is what made me watch to the end. Instead of the scripted sales toned high pitch voice, you came as you and talked to us.
Thank you for your kind words 🤎 We love sharing our passion with this community and are so happy we could connect with you through this tour. Thank you for being here!
Thank you so much, Victoria! We truly appreciate your kind words and ongoing support of our work. It means so much to us to know you enjoy what we do 💕
Absolutely amazingly beautiful work Wow such a very thoughtful and talented design love everything you managed and navigate a wonderful cozy home 👏🏾👏🏾🇨🇦💕
Absolutely stunning, this house is my style of home. I love the traditional touches with a little old world style. My favorite is the fireplace with the beans and the chandelier ties everything together and don’t get me started on the kitchen. That’s my favorite as well. Happy Holidays.
Gorgeous interior design work. Love the layout, furniture and material selection. This home will age very well because of the great elegant and practical choices that were made. Admittedly for me, the exterior is a little blase and falls short of the interior's beauty, but I imagine that once the landscaping is completed the outside won't look so dull. Wow, those cathedral beams are EVERYTHING and then some, along with the kitchen and millwork design. I didn't care for the master bedroom simply because the bed in the middle of the room just took up too much space. Personally, I think it was the wrong decision to do a 3/4 wall behind the custom bed. It's the first thing that I would get rid of if I bought (in my dreams) the home. But, I do get that you wanted to maximize the views which are truly breathtaking. Kudos on the ALL the bathrooms... just stunning. The styling and paint choices are subtle and so tasteful, and I can't imagine anyone not wanting to live in this beautiful home. Finally, on a side note, I love the designer/ hosts soft voice and how she narrates the choices made for this home. With the editing and background music, this was a wonderful tour. Thanks so much for sharing. Loved it and can't wait to see more from you guys. Subscribed!!!!
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful comment! We're happy to hear you enjoyed the tour and the details in this home. Stay tuned for more coming soon 🤎
Love the color coordination and designs in the whole beach house; the great room, dining, kitchen except the Primary Ensuite @17:13 wish the bath tub would be placed by the window, not the mirrors covered the windows. However, thank you for the beautiful video and please upload more of beach house and coastal California designs!
Hi. First off. You and your team did a beautiful job. Any chance you could tell me the color paint and finish you chose for the ceiling? Thanks in advance.
Love love love! Such a beautiful, well thought out design and very inspiring. As a past designer I love watching your videos! Also, love your outfit! Do you mind sharing where it is from?
Stunning! I would have really wanted a beautiful tub in the primary bath set ina bump out with windows surrounding. Surprised there isn’t ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling throughout?? Get rid of the shower curtain and give me a glass door please. The guest bed and baths are gorgeous. Okay… I have to say it, the underside of the upper cabinets in the laundry room really needed to be painted a chocolate colour or stained to match the rest of the cabinets. It just looks unfinished. Overall I think this is a beautiful home. I love the tonality of the home. STUNNING. Thankyou for the wonderful tour.
Very beautiful and eye catching kitchen and great room with the beam detail. The island in the dark wood tone is so well done. If I might ask, what are the dimensions on the island ?
Thanks for your comment! Unfortunately the home’s structure and HVAC were mostly already in place before our team was engaged. Although we were able to edit and improve many areas, the split system is something that needed to stay. The large house is on different systems throughout and due to some constraints in the ceiling in certain areas (the structural beams were a factor in this design) and for efficiency purposes, the homeowners had opted for this solution. Details like this are part of why we encourage homeowners to engage all of their project partners, including designers, at the very start of the project!
Can you please share what window protection exactly you've used on your windows to protect the furniture ? I am overwhelmed with the all the options. I want to protect my walnut built-ins. I think 3M are good but which one to choose ? Thank you soooo much :-)
Hello! We applied a Window Film to the interior or the glass. It’s a specialty film and each window/glass type should be reviewed with the rep to ensure it’s compatible. We used a company called APWindow Film and the brand of film is Llumar!

Love this warm space! Could you share the paint color on the cabinets? It looks slightly darker than the walls?
Thank you 🤎 The cabinetry is Benjamin Moore Edgecomb Gray.
Very beautiful and eye catching kitchen and great room with the beam detail. The island in the dark wood tone is so well done. If I might ask, what are the dimensions on the island ?
Thank you🤎 The dark wood throughout is a detail we love so much! The island is 10’7” long x 5’ deep. ☺
Beautiful space, although I question the use of the two mini splits flanking the doorwall. There had to be a better solution.
