I experienced the strangest thing while listening to these on the podcast yesterday. I was driving to work, 430am, pitch black, a lonesome road on a cold Saturday morning in the desert - and for some reason these songs just totally captivated me and had me actually crying. Not bawling, not sad, just a wave of emotion and a few gentle streams came flowing out. I'm a 33yo man and a metal head lol needless to say I was actively confused. Still confused by it. But I loved it for some strange reason. Thank you for that, Suzanne.

I’ve listened to the first song over and over again. It has me staring out into space in my backyard. Really hit the spot. If this isn’t a published song it needs to be its absolutely amazing!

Anyone know the name of the first song she sang? It’s a good day when you find someone to look up to. Doesn’t happen very often for me. What a real, raw, wonderful woman.
Don't recall hearing of her before and thought the first song was amazing, really incredible voice. Reminded me of 90s era rock before she mentioned it. Previewed some of her other tracks and they are just as good. Definitely deserves more attention.
Beautiful. I've already become obsessed with these songs. I've warned my fiancé i will probably be listening to them nonstop for a few days. Thank you for these, Sooz. As always, an amazing performance. Always incredible, always inspiring. ❤️

Saw this on the podcast and came here for the comments. Here’s my comment…I love her voice and style of music. She is so talented. LIVE MUSIC…No auto-tune here kids. It's always a great show when Suzanne stops in. The last 20 minutes of the show, they talk about big cats, etc. I was hoping Joe would talk about the black panther his security camera picked up at his place in Texas not long after he moved in. Haven't heard much about it since it was videoed, as Joe said: "IT WAS A GIANT BLACK FUCKING CAT, COUGAR SIZE."
Absolutely awesome. Hope to the heavens above she records these on an album. Found my new favorite artist to dive into. Thanks joe as always. Doin good to the world
