I guess I'm at that rare work place we are all exempt i talked to the owner and the bosses about they told me it equals out but our long weeks are 47+ hours short weeks are 36+ hours. It's a manual labor job we don't get any paid breaks other than 30 min lunch and sometimes the shorten those. I've asked enuff times to switch to hourly and they won't do it. What should I do I've been here for nearly 4 year.
