Salt( according to taste )
Refined oil - 11/2 tbs + Frying
ginger - 1 tbs
green chillies - 2 Big
Big onion - 2 nos

Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala powder - 1/4 tsp

A small tip - I used to shape cutlets in a pickles' cap (preferably PRIYA Pickles - small round with depth) with a little bit larger piece of plastic wrap or sheet. Place the plastic wrap in the cap and put the mix over it. Level the mix (take out the excess) with the hands. Just pull the plastic sheet from a corner gently and flip it. In minutes you can shape many perfectly rounded cutlets.
