I think it's pretty simple and I think the jury won't have a problem following the bouncing check.

Breach those restrictions and your bar licence is on the line! A post hearing referral to the Bar Association about outrageous conduct should be considered. Mr Blanche obviously lacks strength of character because he is choosing to stay when he has openly lost his client's respect. Resign now Mr Blanche and try to save whatever self- respect and honor you have left. If you were an experienced lawyer dealing with difficult clients you would know right now that your client is not listening to you and that the client and you have different paths which cannot be taken together.

That clip of him calling Cohen his attorney was somewhere during his 🤢 presidency. I believe this was around 2018, he’s on Air Force One.
